Jillian WojdylaJillian is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and ACE Nutrition Specialist with a passion for helping clients develop their functional fitness to improve their daily activities. She believes in finding an exercise plan that works for each individual to ensure adherence and promote lifelong health. As a marathoner herself, she believes that the mental aspects of fitness are just as important as the physical, and uses this approach to help clients meet their specific goals. In her free time, Jillian is an avid runner, weight lifter and foodie.
