Juline is a NASM certified personal trainer and is currently studying Nutritional Response Testing. She has a passion for fitness and helping others be their optimum self through enhancing physical, mental and nutritional health. She provides training plans, meal plans and one-on-one coaching services to help individuals reach their personal goals. Her favorite day is leg day and she loves creating programs for females that enhance their natural curves and promote a healthy, hourglass figure.
Alysia is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Nutrition Coach and co-owner of FIT Studio. She is an advocate for becoming the best version of yourself and enjoys working with individuals that are new to fitness. She specializes in weight loss, functional fitness and strength training. Her foolproof fitness and meal plans and her passion for helping others transform their bodies, helps to make every one of her clients a success story.
Jen is ISSA certified as a personal trainer and nutrition specialist. She has experience helping everyone from children to seniors improve their health through regular physical activity. At FIT Studio she has found her niche personal training women as well as leading a women's only class. She also provides nutrition coaching and planning to members who are interested in taking their health to the next level. Jen enjoys doing kettlebell swings, taking walks outdoors, and binge watching the original Gilmore Girls with her husband.
Benjamin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a focus on behavioral change. Benjamin believes physical fitness should be useful and has many benefits that run deeper than aesthetics. Outside of working with clients he enjoys trail running, meatballs, and reading about applied psychology, business, and new developments in the health and wellness fields.
Abby is not only FIT's TRX instructor, but also is a personal trainer whose focus is functional strength for everyday life. She has the knowledge to guide you towards your goals in a fun, disciplined atmosphere. Abby is a strength and conditioning coach with a diploma from National Personal Training Institute, has several TRX certifications and has a Crossfit level 1 certification. This diverse background powers a diverse but methodical methodology to help you see the results you want from your training.
Geoffrey is an established fitness instructor, personal trainer and co-owner of FIT. After spending over 9 years in the U.S. Army as an Infantry Staff Sergeant he has brought his no-nonsense style of training to FIT Studio. Geoffrey enjoys trail running, teaching, and sharing his functional training knowledge that has helped him in several years overseas with people of all skill and fitness levels. He is a certified U.S. Army fitness instructor, personal trainer, and is finishing up his degree in Sports and Health Sciences with a concentration in Exercise Science.
