Jillian is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for helping clients develop their functional fitness to improve their daily activities. She believes in finding an exercise plan that works for each individual to ensure adherence and promote lifelong health. As a marathoner herself, she believes that the mental aspects of fitness are just as important as the physical, and uses this approach to help clients meet their specific goals.
In her free time, Jillian is an avid runner, weight lifter and foodie.
Abby is not only FIT's TRX instructor, but also is a personal trainer whose focus is functional strength for everyday life. She has the knowledge to guide you towards your goals in a fun, disciplined atmosphere. Abby is a strength and conditioning coach with a diploma from National Personal Training Institute, has several TRX certifications and has a Crossfit level 1 certification. This diverse background powers a diverse but methodical methodology to help you see the results you want from your training.
Benjamin is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with a focus on behavioral change. Benjamin believes physical fitness should be useful and has many benefits that run a lot deeper than aesthetics. This perspective has allowed him to help everyone from the elderly, expectant mothers, to the weekend warrior come ever closer to their goals. Outside of working with clients and running FIT Studio he enjoys trail running, meatballs, and reading about applied psychology, business, and new developments in the health and wellness fields.
Clark is an ASFA certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelors Degree in Health and Exercise Science from Messiah College. After implementing changes in his personal life, Clark has reaped the benefits of regular exercise and proper nutrition. Having experienced this for himself, Clark is passionate about helping others achieve their goals. His strength is motivating clients through accountability. Clark has trained diverse populations with a range of goals including high school athletes, elderly adults and people with intellectual disabilities. Outside of training, Clark enjoys a good cup of joe, playing drums, and working out (duh).
Bridget is an ACE certified personal trainer. She has been involved in multiple sports throughout her life and remains passionate about running, swimming, weightlifting, and yoga. She believes in enhancing the well being of her clients by empowering them with support, knowledge, and guidance to inspire them to reach their goals while working in a fun and rewarding environment. It would not be uncommon to see Bridget kayaking the Susquehanna or tubing down the Conestoga. She enjoys hiking and back packing with her husband and yellow lab, Jax.
