This week I wanted to talk about sugar. I thought I’d talk all about the science of how sugars interact with our bodies, the recommended amount of sugar we should consume each day, and on and on. I then realized that would bore the snot out of all of you. My solution to this is brilliant, I think! Please listen to the linked episode of Food Stuff (now called Savor); it is a science based podcast about food. The ladies who host the show are very entertaining and provide all the information I would’ve bored you with in a fun format. As we head into the holiday season we can all keep this information on our radar to help us live healthier lives.
